RETURN - REPAIR - RECALIBRATION

Well maintained hydraulic test equipment is essential for early system fault detection.

Keep your unit calibrated to not only ensure the optimum performance of your tester but also minimize costly downtime


Step 1 - RETURN

Simply return your Webtec/Webster test equipment to us, for a free quotation for recalibration and/or repair as required.

All you need to do is ring our service admin team on 01480 397400 to book your unit in and get your return number. Then box it up with a copy of our Returns form and send to the address at the bottom of this page.

For urgent requirements we can offer a 3 day turnaround service* for a small additional premium. Just ask for details when you ring.

* (Turn around time is from date of approval & excludes shipping time)

 


Step 2 - REPAIR

Don’t risk using unreliable readings from a broken tester.

Our fully equipped Service Department offers a quality and cost effective repair service. If beyond economical repair we can offer trade-in options on a new tester (conditions apply).

We can also repair Webtec/Webster hydraulic components. Just ask for details when you ring.

 


Step 3 - RECALIBRATION

To promote accurate and reliable readings we recommend annual calibration for all hydraulic flow meters, or if permanently mounted at least every 3000 hours.

If you cannot be without your equipment ask us about the possibility of a loan unit, whilst yours is out of commission.

We can also calibrate some non Webtec/Webster brands of test equipment. Just ask for details when you ring.
