RFIK - Reversible portable hydraulic tester

Webtec has released a new addition to the Webster range of portable hydraulic testers. The new mechanical RFIK is ideal for testing of mobile hydraulic machinery with flow rates up to 200 lpm. The compact unit requires no batteries and can measure flow, pressure and temperature. The RFIK has evolved from the Webster FIK, but for the first time allows flow to reversed, making it suitable for testing of valves, cylinders and pumps. The compact tester is housed in a rugged steel box and includes the unique-design Webster loading-valve with internal safety discs; this allows smooth, progressive loading of a hydraulic system in absolute safety. The RFIK is available in two sizes, 5 - 120 lpm and 10 - 200 lpm. Both units are rated to 420 bar (6000 psi) and measure temperature up to +110°C. The flow is indicated with an accuracy of better than 4% FSD. The testers come complete with 1" BSPF male adaptors and full operating instructions. The RFIK is of aluminium construction in a steel case complete with lid.
