‘My list’ enables you to quickly generate an enquiry about the products you are interested in. There are three stages:
1) Select products from the website. Use the search bar or locate the products directly from the home page. To request information on the product click 'Add to My list' using the button on the left. Once you have added all the products you are interested in, go to ‘My list’.
2) You will see the products you have selected in ‘My list details’. Select ‘Request information’ and, if applicable, enter in the box the quantity that you require of the product. Then complete the simple form choosing the type of enquiry, ‘Pricing and delivery’, ‘Technical Support’ and ‘Other information’, then press ‘Send’.
3) Your enquiry will be sent to the relevant Webtec office by email and a copy of your enquiry will be sent to you. We aim to answer all enquiries within one working day.
