What are e-refs and how do I use them?

e-refs are a fast way to search for information on products or for literature.

Each product and piece of literature has its own specific code number, just enter this number into the e-ref search box to access the information on your specific product or download the piece of literature associated to it.

How do I search for a piece of literature?

To find the code number of the publication, look on the back of our literature and you will find it going vertically up the page near the spine (see the example on the right).

If you know the publication number then just type in that number ie. 1514 into the e-ref search box on the home page and click on 'Submit'. You will then be presented with a page which details the information relating to that piece of literature.

How do I search using the product I.D?

When you receive a quotation from Webtec Products, you will have a 'Product e-ref' number against the products quoted (see example on the right). Enter this product number in the e-ref search box on the home page and click 'enter'.

You will then be presented with a 'Search Results' page where you can view the product and also download any literature associated with it.
